Pigs, deer, badgers, foxes and squirrels LOVE pumpkins as a treat.
No rotten or mouldy pumpkins please - tummies can be fragile.
#4 A word of wisdom
Pumpkins are not good for hedgehogs. So please take care when leaving them outside in parks and woods. You can hang some fresh parts in trees for birds and squirrels.

In 2021 thanks to your support,
we collected and delivered to animal shelters
over

pumpkins!
Just before Halloween, we launched a new action: pumpkins #collection! We were amazed by all the donations of pumpkins and other vegetables during November.
We collected over 350 pumpkins across Northamptonshire and delivered them to our local rescues. Last delivery was on November 20th.
If you know someone who also loves animals and would like to help them in a more systematic and organised way, we would love to meet them.
