A Small Favour for our Furry Friends:

While most of us are enjoying a bit of a reset, the local rescues across Northamptonshire don’t really have a "pause" button. The animals still need feeding, the pens still need cleaning, and most importantly —those lonely residents still need love and attention.

Rescues are always in need of a helping hand, but here’s the secret: If you’re thinking about volunteering, the best time to reach out is right now. Getting involved usually involves a bit of a "getting to know you" phase. Things like inductions, paperwork, or quick chats to make sure it's the right fit. By getting in touch during this period of rest, you can get all the logistics organised early. That way, you’ll be ready to hit the ground running (or walking!) exactly when the rescues need you most.

Our Easter Wish:
That every animal in Northamptonshire finds the warmth they deserve, and every volunteer finds the peace that comes from giving back.

Happy Easter to you, your families, and your wonderful animals!

Best wishes
